When we have to take a derivative of two functions being multiplied together, we use the product rule.
In other words, you multiply the derivative of f(x) by the original g(x) function, and you multi- ply the derivative of g(x) by the original f(x) function, and add the two together.
Note: We have to use the power rule in this derivative. This happens a lot, you will start to see different rules needed to complete the other.
